Because this duplex sat on the front of the property, next to the street, Bovill felt that there would be far too much stucco. Bovill decided to keep the green plant feel and by linking the two side yards with a strip of green along the front of the structure. Bovill did this by adding a properly drained and sprinkled built in planter system. In the lower left is the new meter reading set-up which now has easy access behind a high tech mesh panel.
